Delivery Speed

* Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, there have been lengthy delays, especially for international deliveries. This is due to insufficient airfreight capacity and customs regulations in this pandemic period. We have seen an increasing number of delivery inquiries and please ask for your patience and understanding in this matter. Estimates provided by Austpost/NZ Post are not guaranteed as unexpected delays may occur from either courier during this unpredictable time.


Q: Are you still delivering during this COVID-19?

Yes, we are still operating as normal (and much busier). We are located in Melbourne, VIC Australia and the Restriction Level here is Stage 3. We can still run our online business without restrictions. The order processing and delivery from our store are still operating as usual (with reasonable delays sometimes).

Express post is strongly recommended at this stage. Significant delays to standard post and no official Auspost notice. The estimate can change any time (even without official notice from Auspost) but Express post will always be given priorities.

The NZ Post delivery is still working as normal so far. Please check below NZ Post tracking records for two recent shipments that got delivered.

All items are delivered by Australia Post from Melbourne, VIC and NZ Post in New Zealand for domestic delivery. 

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination and the Customs clearance speed (quite fast in most cases). Day of shipment is not included in the estimated periods below, as AusPost only collects items on that day. Estimates are as below: 

1. Express shipping: 8-15 business days (recommended, with tracking and signature on delivery). Express cut-off time is 12pm (Wellington time) each business day.

2. Standard shipping with tracking: 12-25 business days (no signature on delivery). This has been temporarily disabled due to the delays.

We aim for fast delivery but please keep in mind that the above is only an Estimate from AusPost official website ( It is NOT guaranteed. Also, please note that AusPost does not work on weekends or public holidays. 

Also, for some regional areas, there might be some extra delay as well.

If your items have not arrived 3 business days after the above max estimated date, please contact us via online form. We will process your request ASAP and contact AusPost for a missing item lodgement. Otherwise, please be patient and your order should arrive soon.
